Our promise
to you: We will personally take you to each
development. We will introduce you to the development
and their staff (if you choose to meet them). We will
tell you what stage of the permit process their
development is in (very important that it is a legal
development). We will tell you what the developers’
history and track record is. We will give you up to
date information on the CC&R’s, building
restrictions, financing options, amenities, HOA fees,
and any other pertinent information that you need.
We will not at anytime pressure you to buy
anything or allow a developers agent to do so
either
.
We will make sure
you know not only about the developers inventory
(which is all they want to show you), but also about
any re-sales that may be available in that particular
development. Some developers don’t allow outside
agents signs on their properties so unless you know
there are re-sales, you may be paying thousands more
for the same size lot the developer has right next to
the re-sale.
