Unique Characteristics of the
Development: El Dorado Ranch is more of a self
contained town than a development. With 35,000 acres
it is bigger than the city of San Francisco. El Dorado
offers a wide variety of living choices, styles and
price ranges. When El Dorado Ranch is complete, people
won’t have to leave the development for anything if
they don’t want. There are wide open green belts, sea
views from almost every lot and miles and miles of
wandering to do. More community centers are planned
with additional pools, tennis courts, workshops
etc.
Current Progress of Development:
The development is well underway and has been for many
years. El Dorado has approximately 2000
structures/homes that have been built. There is a
community center, tennis courts, pool, Jacuzzi, and an
18 hole golf course. There are onsite restaurants, a
gas station and they will have a commercial center
soon.
